INTRODUCTION
TO YOGA

If you have not taken a yoga class before or are not familiar
with Iyengar-style yoga, we suggest that you join Introduction
to Yoga. This class will teach you the basic principles of
movement and alignment that are essential to Iyengar-style
yoga, and will prepare you for joining a Level 1–2 or
1–3 class. Series only; no drop-ins allowed.

If you are unable to attend Introduction to Yoga,
you are welcome to join an ongoing Level 1–2 or 1–3
class. See the class schedule for
dates and times. Please arrive early to introduce yourself
to the teacher.
