Please read The Yoga Room Advanced Studies Program online brochure carefully so that you understand all of the course requirements. To successfully complete the program, you also need to maintain a consistent home practice, five days a week, and attend a Level 2-4 class with a Yoga Room ASP graduate or faculty member on a regular basis. Any special circumstances should be discussed with the program coordinator and with your ongoing or primary teacher.
